How does Codobe Work?

Codobe offers an alternative to working from home or coffee shops without the commitment of a dedicated space.

What do I need to do to use the work space or meeting rooms?

Join as a monthly member, reserve space on our booking calendar or request a day pass.  

Reserve a meeting room or work space from our booking calendar.  You will receive access to the building from a smartphone app.  Please allow 2 business days for membership processing.


Why isn't there any onsite staff?

We believe that we can all pitch in to keep the space nice and clean.  We use technology to keep the space secure and running smoothly. By doing this we can keep prices low.  If you have questions you can reach out via email, text, phone, slack, or carrier pigeon.  


What should I expect during the tour?

When you schedule a tour, you receive an email with map and pricing.  Our staff will send over a door access email on the day of your scheduled tour.  You can reach out with questions by phone or email.  

Does Codobe offer a free day to try out the space?
When you schedule a remotely guided tour, you can use an unreserved work station at that time for up to one hour to see if you like the space.

How can I see what work stations, meeting room and equipment has been reserved?
Once you are a member, you can go to our online booking calendar at https://codobe.skedda.com/booking.  This will list all the spaces and equipment.  In the top right corner you can filter your view by work stations, meeting rooms, or equipment.  Where it says day in the top left you can select day, month, list, or map view.  

How do I get access to Codobe?

Once you select an option that works for you, you will receive access based on your purchase.  Memberships are generally processed the same day but please allow 2 business days to process.  Access is granted via KISI Inc.  You will be sent an email directing you set up an account.  Once your account is set up, download KISI Inc app and log in.  Learn more on our member page.  For urgent requests you may try calling or sending an email to see if we can accommodate you.  


Is Codobe wheel chair accessible? 

Codobe is located on the ground floor with accessible parking right at the front door.  There is an accessible bathroom available en suite.  If you have specific requests or questions please email or call.  


Can I rent a dedicated office or desk by the month?  

This isn't really our model, although we do have spaces that can be rented long term.  Email us and we can discuss your needs and see if we have something we can make work.


Is a membership required to book meeting rooms or work space?

No, you can request a day pass or book spaces on our calendar without a membership.  Members get discounted pricing on all reservations.

Booking is easy!  Check out our work stations or meeting rooms booking calendar and select a time that is right for you.  Monthly members have different pricing that will be applied to their account upon signup.  


How do I know that things are clean.

Cleaning supplies are available in the kitchen area.  You can do your part to keep prices low.  If you leave a mess, or do not return a room the way you found it a $50 cleaning fee may be applied to your account.  Please ensure that you clean your work space and anything you use prior to using.  You are responsible for your own safety while using Codobe.  


What is Codobe doing to reduce risk during COVID-19 

Codobe requires users to clean their work stations, or anything they use during their visit, per CDC recommendations before and after use.  Our workstations are set up to be socially distanced.  Codobe makes no warranty that you will be safe from COVID-19 while using our space.  If you are concerned with contracting the virus we encourage you to follow CDC protocols to reduce your risks.  Masks are not required in the space as social distancing is easily maintained.  


Can I cancel my membership?

You are billed monthly, automatically.  If you only need one month membership, just let us know when you sign up and we can set the end date for you.  Otherwise,  please give us 30 days heads up if you plan to cancel your membership.  If you need to take a break you can pause your membership for up to one month.  (A longer pause may be offered for extenuating circumstances, just contact us and let us know what you need)
