The information below will help guide you through the steps to use Codobe. We recommend bookmarking this page for future reference.
You will need to create a separate log in for each of these systems using the email you purchased your subscription with. You should have invites in your email inviting you to each of these.
Building
Access
To get into the building we recommend you download the KISI Inc App to your smartphone.
Register for your KISI account with the same email account you used on signup with Codobe. Once access has been granted, you will receive an email. The app will take you through a brief tutorial and ask you for certain permissions to allow the app to work appropriately. While you can unlock from the website, it is difficult to find where to go to unlock it. So after you create your account, log into the Mobile app and go through the tutorial.
Once you have completed the app tutorial you will see Codobe listed as one of your shared places, click that and you will will see a lock. Depending on your phone you will either swipe or press the lock to unlock the door. You have 3 seconds before the door will lock again.
Scheduling Reservations
You will receive an invite to our booking system to the same email you used to sign up with Codobe. Once you have this access, you can log in and make a booking.

In the calendar you will see all the meeting rooms and workstations. In the upper right corner click Spaces. Here you can sort your view based on work stations, equipment, or meeting rooms.
On the upper left corner you can change the view from map, day, month or list view.
You can place this page on your phone home screen buy clicking the three dots and select "Add to Home screen". This will give you quick access to the calendar.
Communicate
with us
We use a system called Slack to communicate with our members and to provide imporant updates, like Wifi password changes. You will receive an invite to the same email you used to sign up.
We strongly encourage you to sign up for an account and download the app to your phone so you can get in touch with us quickly and receive important updates.

Payments and Invoices
You will be charged automatically each month for your membership. You will be billed monthly for your overages and those charges will be automatically billed to the card on file.
You may cancel at any time but we do prefer 30 days notice if possible.
